Tori performed this improv during the 1999 Solo Tour at the Virgin Megastore in Orange, CA on November 28, 1999. During the concert, a fan had the opportunity to say to Tori, "Tori, when I was younger, people made fun of my name. My name is Noel. They called me "gay" and "girl", and since it was the holiday season, I was wondering if you can play The First N�el for me." Tori responded that she didn't know the song well enough, so instead she improvised a special Noel, just for him.
