The word on the street is that there has been confirmation from the iTunes Store that the score is “an instrumental version of the original album” (via @toribr & FeelTheWord). The iTunes Store album details also mention that it is an iTunes LP, meaning that it includes “a visual experience of the record album in which you get a gorgeous, immersive experience to enjoy” — this simply refers to the bonus features that can include lyrics, liner notes, videos, photos, etc.

EDIT: Undented “received confirmation that the score will be the physical sheet music for all the tracks, but not just the piano parts — the parts for all of the instruments in each song.”
